Conflicts of Interest
Employees must avoid situations where personal interests may conflict with the interests of Mootiva. If a potential conflict arises, it must be immediately disclosed to a supervisor or the People & Culture department. Employees must not engage in activities that could compromise their impartiality or objectivity in carrying out their duties.
Gifts and Personal Benefits
Employees are prohibited from accepting gifts, favors, or personal benefits that may influence, or appear to influence, their professional judgment. Any such offers must be reported to a supervisor. Acceptance of nominal-value gifts, such as promotional items, is allowed if it does not affect business decisions.
